EQ Assessments
Blip Group consultants are accredited to use various local and global Emotional Intelligence assessment tools which can be supplemented with coaching. These online assessments are often used to initiate the process of cultural change by providing ‘a point in time’ perception of various individuals or teams.
EQ Learning Map
The Emotions Ride is a three hour learning experience. The fun and game format provides an overview of the concepts of Emotional Intelligence in a social setting. This learning map is ideal for offsite events such as conferences or people development sessions. It can also be run as a development tool by any people leader at team sessions.

Applied EQ
An introductory one day workshop, explaining the business case for Emotional Intelligence in driving cultural change and team performance. This course will also give you ideas on how to apply Emotional Intelligence at the heart of performance if your organisation has used tools such as LSI.
EQ Residential Retreat
A two day program aimed at senior management to improve personal effectiveness. Many senior managers have solid business acumen but to become exceptional they need to develop their ‘star’ competencies. The course will cover the star competence framework - broadly classified as personal competence (how we manage ourselves) & social competence (how we handle relationships).
