Learning does not only occur at conscious level. Latest research by neuroscientists show that human beings learn at their best when thoughts as well as emotions are involved.
All Blip products are experiential in nature and participants are interacting with each other 80-90% of the time. Interactivity increases assimilation of ideas and facilitates transference. Experiential learning also requires “being in the moment” which drives active involvement, therefore producing superior outcomes in comparison to “traditional classroom” or “computer based” learning.

Our products aim to incorporate new knowledge while participants go through various kinds of emotional experiences ranging from curiosity, laughter, novelty, sense of teaming, confidence and personal growth.
At Blip, we believe that the ability to reflect, link and effectively apply new concepts back into the business context (or the workplace) mainly depends on how much engagement takes place during the learning experience.
